About these terms
These Terms of Service govern QuickTrack, the internal time and job tracking app provided by Meadows Hydraulics Sales & Service (the company), at myquicktrack.com and when installed on a device. By using QuickTrack, you agree to these terms and applicable company work-reporting policies. Contact the company if you have questions before using the app.
These terms do not replace an employment agreement, change employment status, or waive rights under applicable wage or employment laws.
Authorized access and account security
QuickTrack is for authorized company personnel and others specifically approved by the company. An administrator provisions accounts and assigns permissions; there is no public self-registration. Use only the functions permitted by your account.
- Use only your own account. Keep your employee credentials, passwords, recovery links, and verification codes confidential. Never share credentials or allow another person to record work under your name.
- Protect your device and sign out of shared devices. Promptly report lost devices, compromised credentials, or suspected unauthorized access.
- Do not bypass access controls or attempt to obtain another person’s credentials. The company may modify, suspend, or revoke access when responsibilities change, employment ends, or security or misuse concerns arise. Required records and earned wages remain subject to applicable law.
Acceptable use and accurate work reporting
Use QuickTrack only for legitimate company work and authorized timekeeping, job documentation, photos, service summaries, and operational communications. Review your records and promptly report mistakes to a supervisor.
- Record actual work accurately, choose the correct job, and clock on and off as instructed. Do not falsify hours, submit time for another employee, or knowingly assign work to the wrong job.
- Keep notes, photos, and summaries accurate and appropriate. Review AI-generated summaries before saving or sharing them; you are responsible for the final record.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, unrelated, or malicious content. Do not manipulate records or interfere with approval, payroll, location verification, or QuickBooks controls.
- Report missing punches, incorrect jobs, and paid-hour discrepancies. If the app is unavailable or a clock action fails, notify a supervisor and follow the alternate reporting procedure so all work is recorded.
Location verification acknowledgment
QuickTrack displays a location notice for clock on and off and may request acknowledgment. When the approved-location rule is enabled, a clock action requires device location permission and verification that you are inside an approved work area.
By acknowledging the notice, you acknowledge that your device location may be read and recorded with the clock action for work-site verification. This is not permission for continuous background tracking. See the Privacy policy for collection, use, and access details.
You may review or revoke permissions in your device or browser settings. A denied, unavailable, or unverified location may block the action while the rule is enabled. Contact a supervisor for help and accurate alternate time reporting; a technical failure does not mean you did not work.
SMS/RCS messaging terms
Meadows Hydraulics Sales & Service may send operational notifications to the mobile number provided for work communications, including shift reminders, clock-on reminders, time-review or payroll reminders, and team announcements. Messages may be delivered by SMS or RCS depending on your device, carrier, and service availability.
Where consent is required, messages are sent only after obtaining that consent. Providing a number is not permission for unrelated marketing. Do not rely on messaging as your sole source of work instructions or for emergency communications.
- Message frequency varies according to schedules and operational needs.
- Message and data rates may apply. Consult your carrier’s plan for charges.
- Reply STOP to cancel SMS/RCS notifications. You may also contact the company to request removal from operational messaging. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. Opting out does not close your QuickTrack account or remove your obligation to report work accurately.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact meadowstruck@comcast.net or 410.546.1311 for support. If replies are unavailable or no response arrives, contact the company directly.
- Keep your number current and notify the company if it changes or is reassigned. Provide only a number you are authorized to use.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on networks and service providers and is not guaranteed.
- The Privacy policy describes how your phone number, account information, and messaging records are handled.
Company information and uploaded content
Use company records, payroll information, customer details, and photos only for authorized duties. Do not disclose them outside the company without permission. Keep display access links private and report any suspected disclosure.
Upload only content you are authorized to provide. The company may use work content for payroll, job history, customer documentation, and legitimate business purposes described in the Privacy policy, subject to applicable law.
Availability, corrections, and third-party services
QuickTrack depends on devices, connectivity, hosting, messaging providers, and the QuickBooks Web Connector. Interruptions, delayed messages, incomplete imports, and errors may occur. Running job totals and AI drafts are reference information, not a substitute for payroll review or final invoice reconciliation.
Verify records through company review and approval procedures. Report incorrect or missing records to a supervisor. The company will address corrections under its authorized procedures and applicable recordkeeping and wage requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or employee rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
The company may update these terms as the service or operational requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through normal company channels, and any additional consent required by law will be obtained before it is relied on.
